MobyMax (SHMS Login) is a great resource for students to sharpen skills, fill in education gaps, and move at their own pace through customized lessons. Teachers have a lot of control over their students' lessons and assessments.
Here are some resources that may be useful to teachers working in MobyMax. Vimeo has lots of tutorials for Mobymax. Some of them are linked below. I encourage you to search Vimeo for other tutorials that might meet your needs. For example, there are many videos on different aspects of Administering Students in MobyMax.
General Help
Moby Max Tutorials - This site has a good summary of the things MobyMax can do for you and your students. There is a 4 minute beginner video and a 33 minute advanced tutorial video. Some of the images may not display if you're on the school's network but all of the important information is present. Fully viewable from home.

Admin
Create a link directly to your school's signin without having to search for your school.
If you sign in to your account and click on the 'Roster' button, you'll see a section on the right-hand side of the screen titled 'How Your Students Sign In.' In this section, your school code will always be listed under 'Option 2' if you ever need to go back and refer to it at any time. Your unique school URL will be listed under 'Option 3' and you can use this URL to bookmark for your students, which will bypass the need to enter a school code.
For example, Spring Hill's school code for MobyMax is nc2133 and the direct link to the Spring Hill login is http://mobymax.com/nc2133
I suggest asking your school web admin to put a link on your school's webpage near your StudyIsland link.

How Students Cheat
Watch for on-screen calculators or multiple open tabs. Students may use another tab to Google for answers.
Only allow ONE MobyMax tab open at a time. Students with two MobyMax tabs open may be using one to get answers and the other to enter answers. This student posted a cheat how-to that tells students how to do it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFyFnDOKFfU. It's very easy to find and more than 30,000 people have watched it. Maybe some of your students?
